IDK, this might be obvious to others but... I bought these to use with the Oh Honey sandals. The plastic part is protective but they looked like little condoms on my toes so I had to take them off. I didn't like the white part on the back of the platform either. I'm sure these would be fine for lighter coloured boots, but they look great on sandals.

Absolutely love these! I have several pairs and wouldn’t be without them now. I tend to buy one shoe size down from the size of my shoes so there’s less of a gap at the front, and they can be a bit tricky to get on patent heels but once they’re on there’s no chance of them moving around
