Our Wide Fit collection shoes are wider in the foot and ankle, but not the calf and thigh (Look for "Thicc" style for juicier calves and thighs)

There is a few mm difference in insole width compared to our Standard Fit

There are also some differences in other parts of the shoe, not just the insole

Wide Fit stiletto straps are more roomy compared to Standard fit. The toe peep hole is also slightly bigger

The clear plastic used in the upper and strap is thicker and has more 'bounce-back' if you will. It does not stretch permanently and seems more substantial. However, if you have wide, square shaped feel like I do, it will be too stiff /narrow to get your foot in comfortably. I also noticed the hair drier trick doesn't work as well. My solution was to make a 1/2 inch cut in the top center of the upper to allow some give. This has worked very well and does not compromise the integrity of the shoe even through heavy use.
