Great Customer Service!
I wanted heel protectors for my 7-inch black (Russian Roulette) babydolls, but they were sold out. I asked and customer service told me that these would fit my shoes as a similar replacement. I went to buy them during a sale, but for some reason I wasn't able to get the sale discount on them. I contacted customer service and they refunded me the sale amount! Overall, an amazing customer service experience. AND when the product arrived they did fit my babydolls and look amazing! Thank you for your patience and for your wonderful treatment of customers - it is much appreciated!

The protector fit perfectly to my baby doll velvet shoes. they dont stick to the floor so you can slide gracefully. Love them!
