Cute but need a bigger calf section

I had to have these sent twice because the first time I did not receive them which was pretty annoying, also the calf section could be bigger I had to loosen them so much to get them to zip and I don’t even have big calves.

Too high

Im 5'2, the boots are too high, I was expecting them to be above my knees but they were just under my butt. The return was easy but I don't like how much they give more for the return if I ask for voucher instead. I want to buy another pair anyways but I felt kind of forced.

I've never loved a pair of shoes more! Super comfortable. Great lining and pitch. The built-in kneepads are sooooo wonderful. The embedded glitter is so elegant yet adds such glamour! I hope to buy more!
