I wear a 9.5 closed toe shoes usually & I have tried the size 10 wide, the size 11 wide, & now the size 12. The size 12 is way too big but finally almost wide enough!!! The size 11 wide was literally killing my feet!! None of the sizes work for me. I may try the size 12 wide or just switch to another brand of heels because this is absurd. Comfortable heels should not be this difficult to find at this price point especially. My first pair only barely lasted a month as well which is a huge turnoff reguarding value of invest. xx

My overall experience with this company was truly horrible, My boots showed up with giant cracks and gaps as well as chunks of glue all are the seams, but I get that mistakes can happen, well dealing with this companies customer service was an actual nightmare, from them trying to say the boots were fine to them then saying they didn't believe they were broken at all and even accused me of lying, then they decided I could return them but they wouldn't pay for my shipping (which i am still fighting them over) the girl who I spoke to was rude and condescending the entire time. They really need to hire someone who has actually worked in customer service, it shouldn't take over a month h and a 10 page email chain just to return some broken boots. I had planned on buying a new pair once my return went through because none of my friends had the issues i did but after dealing with them I've decided to pass because I refuse to be treated like that ever again.
