Orders are picked and packed 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday. We ship from Canada.
(For US customers - Customs charges are payable for orders over $800USD, this includes if you place multiple orders at the same time with combined value of 800USD and above)
Express options available at checkout. Shipping times vary depending on customs of your local country.
Please note: Once your order has been confirmed, it is highly unlikely that our customer service staff will see any emails asking for order amendments. We are working our hardest to help you in any way we can. Please make sure you select the correct size before you check out. Thank you!

Delivery to PO Box: Standard shipping only, maximum weight 5kg / 11lbs
We do not ship on local Public Holidays.
Wigs
Synthetic wigs will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, and real hair wigs are made to order so will be dispatched 1-2 weeks after order. All wigs are dispatched from Sydney, Australia. Import and duty are the customers responsibility.
