I'm a beginner heels dancer (just about 40hrs or so into dancing) and going from 6in to 8in boots seemed effortless with these. I have some tendon issues and so I have a preference for boots to help with ankle support. These have been amazing from the first minute. The inside is really soft and I like the laces. I do wear knee pads and haven't had issues with those and the boots. Overall I would definitely purchase from Hella Heels (this was my 1st pair with them) & this style again in the future.
