I have so much to say!! I was nervous to buy these because Iâve only owned Pleaser sandals and boots and wasnât sure how sizing worked in comparison. Iâm also relatively new to dance shoes and do mostly chair/floor work. Size/fit: - I bought my actual boot size (8) instead of sizing up and so far Iâm glad I did. I size up in Pleasers so I wasnât sure but when these get more use, they will be perfectly snug without being too small. I chatted with a friend who has a pair of HH and mentioned that after they were worn in that she wished she didnât size up. - I have a low arch and the sole feels SO good. I read about HH having a little bit of an arch and was worried about that since I couldnât try them on first. I wish even my non-heels had arches like my Hellas, perfect. - Really lightweight without feeling unstable. These are my tallest so far and I can tell I went up an inch but since my feet feel so secure it was easier than I thought to feel comfortable in them. Maybe too light ;) too easy to prance around on my toes haha Other Thoughts: - Quick shipping (US). I got these as a birthday present for myself and they were here in a couple days. - The color is AMAZING. I smile when I see them in my closet. - The way they lace makes so much sense, I love not having parts stick out for when Iâm rolling around on the floor. Price: - So far Iâm extremely satisfied and while HH is a little more expensive than Pleasers, itâs such a small price difference for the huge quality jump. I still love my Pleasers but if youâre on the fence just go for it. No regrets and I will for sure buy again one day.
