Shipping and Delivery

Orders are picked and packed Monday through Friday. We ship from California, USA.

We also have sites in the United Kingdom (uk.hellaheels.com) that ships globally, and Australia (au.hellaheels.com) shipping to Oceania and Asia.

Canadian customers: We offer Duties Paid on Checkout from our UK Store. If you purchase from our US store, duties and taxes will be payable by you upon parcel receipt.

Please note: Once your order has been confirmed, you have 60 min window to edit your order yourself. After this, it is highly unlikely that our customer service staff will see any emails asking for order amendments in time. We are working our hardest to help you in any way we can. Please make sure you select the correct size before you check out. Thank you!
